Result Framework document (RFD)

The Results Framework Document (RFD) of the Department contains the agreed objectives, policies, programmes and projects, along with success indicators and targets to measure progress in implementing them. The implementation of RFD was started in 2009-10 under the supervision of the Cabinet Secretariat and fully fledged evaluation through RFD started in the year 2010-11.
